ORDER CANCELLATION
If you contact CEENR within 5 hours of placing your order it may be possible to cancel your order. This also applies for pre-order products. Please email us at info@ceenrbatteries.com and we'll do our best to help.
RETURNS
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return unused products in original condition, in original packaging to us for an exchange or refund within 3 days. We are not able to provide an exchange or refund on any of our products that have been personalised. We also are not able to offer an exchange or refund on any sale or markdown products. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method only.
EXCHANGES
Please advise us upon receipt of your purchase if you wish to exchange an item/s. If you would like exchange an item/s (not including items that have been personalised) please email info@ceenrbatteries.com with your order number, the item you would like to exchange and the item you would like to replace it with. Once we have received your exchange request, we will provide you with a RMA number which you will need to include with the item you are returning.
COSTS
Please note that all extra postage costs incurred exchanging or returning an item are payable by you and return of the new item is subject to us receiving the extra postage costs.
For orders below $30, we will deduct $5.99 from the refund.
For orders above $30, we will deduct reasonable freight charges according to the actual situation.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all tags still attached as any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS FOR CONDITIONS
Within 30 business days, if the product has the following problems, we will allow the refund or exchange of the product (The premise is that the product has not been any damage or disassembly) :
(1)The product cannot be charged.
(2)The product cannot be used on power tools.
(3)The product does not match the description on the website.
If you meet the above criteria, you can record a video to prove that the product doesn't work. And sent it to info@ceenrbatteries.com. Once we confirm that the products cannot work, we will refund or exchange. These problems will be solved within 3 business days.
REFUNDS
Generally, the refund amount will reach the account within 1-8 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
