Why we use Molicel 21700 cells in PDnation

Most aftermarket batteries use generic 18650 cells. We pick Molicel 21700 cells for PDnation because they're the same brand premium electric vehicles (Tesla, BMW, Porsche, Lucid) put into their packs. 21700 holds 50% more energy than 18650, runs cooler under continuous high-draw load, and lasts 1,000+ cycles instead of 300–500.

For replacement-line batteries we match the cell to the use case: Samsung 25R on 5.0Ah (best discharge curve at that capacity), LG HG2 on 6.0Ah (best cycle life at the mid range), Lishen 21700 on 8.0Ah (best price/energy density at high capacity).
