Returns Policy
Effective: May 19, 2026
The short version: 7 days from delivery, no questions asked. Email [email protected] with your order number. We send a prepaid label. Refund hits your card within 5 business days of us receiving the battery.
1. Return window
You have 7 calendar days from the date the carrier marks your package "Delivered" to request a return. We chose 7 days (rather than 30) because lithium batteries lose useful life with every cycle — a 30-day window would mean returning used product.
2. What you can return
- Any CEENR battery, charger, adapter, inverter, or bundle.
- The product must be in its original packaging with all included accessories.
- Up to 1 charge cycle is fine (we expect you to test it).
- Visible physical damage from misuse (drop, crush, water exposure) is not eligible.
3. What you cannot return
- Products purchased more than 7 days ago (use the 3-year warranty instead if there's a defect).
- Custom or special-order items.
- Items showing physical damage from misuse, drops, water, or use beyond rated specifications.
4. How to start a return
- Email [email protected] with subject "Return request — Order #XXXX" within 7 days of delivery.
- Include: your order number, the SKU(s) you want to return, and a one-line reason (helps us improve — not required for approval).
- Within 1 business day, we reply with a prepaid UPS return label and packing instructions for lithium batteries (mandatory under 49 CFR § 173.185).
- Pack the battery exactly as instructed (terminals taped, original box or equivalent, hazmat label affixed by you using the file we send) and drop off at any UPS location.
- Once we receive the package, we inspect and refund within 5 business days.
5. Refunds
- Refunds go back to your original payment method.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are refunded with the product price.
- Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
6. Return shipping cost

7. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges — it's faster to refund your return and place a new order. If you need help picking the right SKU, email [email protected] and we will recommend the right battery for your tools.
8. Damaged-in-transit claims
If your package arrives visibly damaged or the contents are damaged on unboxing:
- Photograph the damage before discarding any packaging.
- Email the photos to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
- We ship a replacement immediately and handle the carrier claim ourselves.
9. International returns
We currently ship only to US addresses. If you somehow received a CEENR product outside the US, contact us first — return shipping for lithium batteries internationally is highly regulated and may not be possible.
