Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship from

We ship from a hazmat-certified third-party logistics warehouse in the United States. All shipments comply with US Department of Transportation regulations for lithium-ion batteries (49 CFR § 173.185).

PDnation Pro 8.0Ah = 144 Wh, classified as UN3480 Class 9 hazmat. Air shipping has additional fees and lead time; ground is the default and the fastest practical option for most US destinations.

4. Handling time

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day usually ship the same day.
• Orders placed after cutoff or on weekends ship the next business day.
• During holidays and promotions, handling may extend to 2 business days. We email you a tracking number as soon as the label is generated.

5. Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of order ship. UPS and FedEx tracking updates appear within 12 hours of pickup. If your tracking shows no movement for 48 hours after shipment, email [email protected] and we will investigate.

6. Hazmat handling

Lithium-ion batteries are classified as hazardous materials. CEENR packages every shipment according to US DOT regulations: UN-approved boxes, terminal insulation, hazmat labels (Class 9), and carrier-required documentation. You do not need to do anything special on receipt — open the package and use the battery as normal.

If you ever need to return a battery, do not ship it yourself without our prepaid hazmat-compliant label (see Returns Policy). Sending lithium batteries without proper packaging and labeling is a federal violation.

7. Order changes and cancellations

• If your order has not yet shipped, we can modify the shipping address or cancel. Email [email protected] within 1 hour of ordering for best chance.
• Once a label is generated, address changes require a carrier intercept request and a $15 fee from UPS/FedEx.
• Refused or undeliverable shipments are returned to our warehouse; we refund the product price (less original shipping cost).

8. Lost or stolen packages

• Lost in transit: if tracking shows no progress for 7+ business days, we file a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement immediately. You do not wait for the carrier investigation.
• Marked delivered but missing: first, check with neighbors and your local carrier hub. If still missing after 48 hours, email [email protected] and we work with you on next steps. Insurance covers up to $100; orders over $100 may want to add signature confirmation (free at checkout).

9. Damaged in transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening (preserve any external damage evidence), then refuse delivery if possible. If you already accepted the package, see Section 8 of our Returns Policy for the 48-hour damaged-in-transit claim process.

10. Tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We collect and remit sales tax in all US states where CEENR has economic nexus, as required by the South Dakota v. Wayfair framework.
