CEENR Batteries
Terms of Use
Effective: May 19, 2026
Please read carefully. By using ceenrbatteries.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. They include an arbitration agreement and class-action waiver (Section 14). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or order our products.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding contract between you and CEENR Batteries ("CEENR," "we," "us"). The Terms govern your access to and use of ceenrbatteries.com (the "Site") and any orders you place with us.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase. By ordering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Products and pricing
- All product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided in good faith. Minor variations in cell brand, color, or packaging may occur. Material differences will be disclosed before purchase.
- Prices are in US Dollars and may change without notice. The price at time of order is the price you pay.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory issues. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.
- Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and applicable state law.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept the offer when we ship the product and send a shipping confirmation. Prior to that point, we may decline or cancel any order for any reason.
5. Shipping and risk of loss
See our Shipping Policy for delivery times and methods. Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the carrier delivers the package to your shipping address.
6. Returns and refunds
See our Returns Policy for the 7-day no-questions return window and the return process.
7. Limited warranty
CEENR products come with a 3-year limited warranty. See our Warranty page for the full written warranty (Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act disclosure).
8. Acceptable use of the Site
When using the Site you agree NOT to:
- Use the Site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data.
- Scrape, harvest, or copy content for commercial purposes without written permission.
- Interfere with the operation of the Site or attempt to overload our servers.
- Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, the CEENR® trademark, the PDnation™ mark, software, and the "look and feel" — is owned by CEENR or our licensors and is protected by US copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission. See our Intellectual Property page for our DMCA agent and trademark policy.
10. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites (Amazon, YouTube, social media). We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Use them at your own risk.
11. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." EXCEPT FOR OUR EXPRESS WRITTEN WARRANTY (SEE /policy/warranty/), CEENR DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In those states, the exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CEENR'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR A PRODUCT WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID CEENR IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (b) $100. CEENR IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
This limitation does not apply to damages for personal injury caused by CEENR's negligence or gross negligence, or for any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CEENR, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim or demand arising from (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your misuse of a product, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Dispute resolution — arbitration
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
Any dispute between you and CEENR arising from these Terms, the Site, or a product (a "Dispute") will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), not in court. The arbitration will take place in your home state (or another mutually agreed location). The arbitrator's decision is final and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class action waiver: You and CEENR agree to bring claims only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative action.
Opt-out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of your first purchase by emailing [email protected] with subject "Arbitration opt-out" and your full name, address, and order number.
Small-claims court actions and intellectual property injunctions are excluded from this arbitration requirement.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules), except that applicable state and federal consumer protection laws also apply where they grant you greater rights.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on the Site at least 30 days before they take effect. If you object to a change, your remedy is to stop using the Site.
