Brand Statement

Our marks

• CEENR® — a registered trademark of CEENR Batteries, covering aftermarket and universal lithium-ion power tool batteries, chargers, adapters, and inverters.
• PDnation™ — a trademark of CEENR Batteries, covering the universal power tool battery platform (Pro 8.0Ah, Mini 4.0Ah, and brand adapters).

Both marks identify products manufactured and warrantied by CEENR. Use of the marks without our written permission, or to identify products not manufactured by CEENR, is prohibited.

Brand voice and positioning

• Direct. We sell to people who do real work. No fluff.
• Honest. We say what's covered, what's not, and why a cell brand matters. No vague "premium" claims.
• Pro-grade, fair-priced. Tesla-grade cells (Molicel 21700) at half the OEM battery price.
• Universal, not generic. Replacement and universal are different categories. We make both, but PDnation Pro is the platform play.

Logo and visual usage

The CEENR wordmark is the primary logo: red on light backgrounds, red on dark backgrounds (preserves brand recognition). Minimum clear space equals the height of the "C." Do not stretch, recolor, add gradients, or place inside busy backgrounds. Retailers and press: request the logo kit at [email protected].

Authorized resellers

CEENR products are sold direct on ceenrbatteries.com and via Amazon (CEENR US storefront). All other listings are unauthorized and may be counterfeit. Verify before buying — counterfeit lithium batteries can be dangerous.

Counterfeit reporting

If you see a CEENR or PDnation product being sold by an unauthorized seller (Amazon listings outside our storefront, eBay listings, suspicious storefronts on Walmart or AliExpress), please email [email protected] with the URL and we will pursue takedown.
