Payment Methods

All payments processed by Shopify Payments and PayPal — PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. CEENR never sees or stores your full card number. Checkout is encrypted end-to-end with TLS 1.3.
1. Accepted payment methods

2. Currency
All prices and charges are in US Dollars (USD). If your card is issued outside the US, your bank may apply a foreign-transaction fee and a currency conversion rate over which CEENR has no control.
3. When you are charged
- Credit card / digital wallet: charge authorized at order placement, captured when the order ships (typically 1–2 business days).
- PayPal: charge captured at order placement.
- Shop Pay Installments: first installment at order placement; subsequent installments every 2 weeks, automatically.
4. Security
- Checkout is hosted on PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant infrastructure (Shopify Payments / PayPal).
- All payment data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest by the processor.
- CEENR does not see, store, or process your full card number, CVV, or PIN. We only receive a tokenized reference to the transaction.
- 3-D Secure (Visa Secure, Mastercard ID Check) may be invoked by your card issuer for additional verification.
- If you suspect fraud on your card, contact your card issuer first, then email [email protected] with your order number so we can flag the order.
5. Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state/local rates. We collect and remit sales tax in all US jurisdictions where CEENR has economic nexus under South Dakota v. Wayfair.
6. Refunds and reversals
- Refunds go back to the original payment method.
- Credit / debit card refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
- PayPal refunds typically settle within 3–5 business days.
- Shop Pay Installments: any future installments are canceled; previously paid installments are refunded within 5–10 business days.
7. Chargebacks and disputes
If you have a problem with your order, please contact [email protected] before filing a chargeback. We resolve almost all issues within 2 business days. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may take 60–90 days to resolve through the card network.
