CEENR Batteries
3-Year Limited Warranty
Effective: May 19, 2026
This is a "limited" warranty under the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. § 2301 et seq.). Read it before you buy. If a CEENR battery underperforms or fails within 3 years of normal use, we replace it at no cost to you. Email [email protected] with your order number to start a claim.
1. Warrantor
CEENR Batteries ("CEENR") is the warrantor. Contact: [email protected].
2. Who is covered
This warranty extends to the original purchaser only — the person who bought the product directly from CEENR (via ceenrbatteries.com) or from an authorized CEENR reseller. The warranty is not transferable.
3. What is covered
CEENR warrants that, under normal residential or professional use:
- The battery will hold at least 80% of its rated capacity for the duration of the warranty period.
- The battery will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
- The charger (if purchased) will charge the battery as specified.
- The adapter (if purchased) will fit and function with the listed compatible tool brand.
4. Warranty period
| Product | Warranty |
|---|---|
| PDnation Pro 8.0Ah universal battery | 3 years from date of original purchase |
| PDnation Mini 4.0Ah universal battery | 3 years from date of original purchase |
| CEENR 5.0 / 6.0 / 8.0 Ah replacement batteries | 3 years from date of original purchase |
| 6A fast chargers | 2 years from date of original purchase |
| USB-C adapters | 1 year from date of original purchase |
5. What CEENR will do
If a covered product fails during the warranty period, CEENR will, at its option:
- Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of the same SKU, or
- If the same SKU is no longer available, replace with a comparable CEENR product, or
- Refund the original purchase price.
Shipping for warranty replacements is free both ways within the United States.
6. What is NOT covered
- Damage from misuse, neglect, accident, fire, water, or modification.
- Damage from use beyond rated specifications (e.g., continuous high-draw discharge above the cell rating).
- Damage from use of an unauthorized charger or adapter.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
- Normal capacity fade above 20% (i.e., a battery at 78% of rated capacity at year 3 is normal wear, not a covered defect).
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
- Products without proof of purchase.
- Consequential damages (e.g., lost wages, damage to a tool the battery was inserted into) — see Section 9.
7. How to make a warranty claim
- Email [email protected] with subject "Warranty claim — Order #XXXX."
- Include: your order number, the SKU, a description of the failure, and (if possible) a 30-second video showing the issue.
- Within 2 business days, we reply with either an approval + prepaid hazmat return label, or a request for additional information.
- Once we receive the returned product, we inspect and ship the replacement (or process refund) within 5 business days.
8. Implied warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, all implied warranties (including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are limited to the duration of this written warranty. Some states do not allow such limitations, so this paragraph may not apply to you.
9. Consequential and incidental damages
CEENR is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
10. State law rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. (Required Magnuson-Moss disclosure.)
11. No oral modifications
No CEENR employee, reseller, or agent is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty orally. All modifications must be in writing and signed by an officer of CEENR.
